Posted by [Rachel](https://blog.baaramewe.co.uk/blog/author/rachel) on 08-Mar-2018 10:26:34 ![](https://blog.baaramewe.co.uk/hubfs/69EFC600-4A11-44BD-A64D-451D6D963919.jpg) - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) If you frequent our lovely shop in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, you may have recently seen some changes to the store layout. Since we moved into the new store 3 years ago we have increased the team by two and along with looking after our shop customers, we are also busy behind the scenes creating new products, doing photography, keeping the website looking sparkly for online customers, and making sure our international trade customers are up to date with what we’re creating. This has meant we’ve had up to 6 people on the busiest days all trying to work in one room and it was getting just a teeny bit ridiculous.  ![Clowns in car.gif](https://blog.baaramewe.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog%20Images/Clowns%20in%20car.gif?width=263&name=Clowns%20in%20car.gif) We have decided to close off the back room to turn it into extra office space to make more room for everyone. It will still be open on knit nights and for other events where we have lots of people in the shop to provide extra sofa seating for everyone.  We have also made some changes in the shop by creating new display areas amongst the yarns. We're using these areas to showcase garments, patterns and books that we know you'll love. We'll change these displays regularly to keep bringing you fresh ideas. We want to give you plenty of inspiration for beautiful projects to make and to tell you how much yarn you'll need. As an additional treat for our shop customers, we'll give you 10% off your yarn when you buy your book or pattern and the yarn for your project together.
